Description : 

The RG guitar line - the unchallenged standard in hard and heavy rock guitars -- gets a massive infusion of high tech hardware and upgrades. The classic RG550 and RG570 models (now RG1550 and RG1570) reach new levels of lethal with the addition of Prestige necks and the new Edge-Pro tremolo system. Many deluxe and standard models have been upgraded with the new Edge-Pro II tremolos. The 2003 lineup offers every kind of instrument needed by the heavy rocker: 6 and 7-string models, neck-thru and bolt-on axes, double locking and standard trems and an equally wide range of prices.

Pickups and pickup placement provide the hard-edged cutting tone needed for heavy rock.

24 fret thin, flat and fast Wizard and Wizard II necks. Rounder Ultra necks available on RGT3120 neck-thru-body models.

Wide assortment of bridges: Hard tail, synchronized trems and the new Edge-Pro and Edge-Pro II double locking tremolo systems.

Double Edge-Pro models feature piezo elements for adding acoustic guitar tones.

RG320FM Features:

Wizard II neck -- 25.5 scale neck is 2mm thicker than the super-thin, super-flat Ibanez Wizard.

Maple neck material

Basswood body -- Basswood is a comparatively lightweight wood, which makes it very comfortable for extended playing. With a good balance of highs and lows, basswood is right in between alder and mahog in sound character.

Flamed Maple top

24 jumbo frets offer easy playing for leads and chording.

Rosewood finger board offers a strong, bright sound and an attractive appearance with a long grain.
